Co-Curricular Activities

Besides Academic Co-Curricular activities through various competitions among students conducted (House Wise and Class Wise) throughout the year play a vital role in causing all round development of students. As per KVS norms entire school is divided into four houses and week wise Morning Programmes are conducted by these house so as to promote the feeling of brotherhood, nationalism and love for work. Also students get a scope to participate and bring laurels to the Vidyalaya.

CELEBRATION:

Besides Annual Day and Annual Sports Day, other important occasions like UN Day, National Integration Day, Science Day, Baden Powel's Day, Hindi week, Children's Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Netaji Jayanti, Martiyr's Day & other National Celebrations are observed throughout the year. Besides these KVS Foundation Day is also observed on 15th December.

GAMES & SPORTS:

Various Games & Sports events are conducted in the form of competitions at Vidyalaya level and the selected ones participate at Regional level and National level competition organized by KVS to promote sports skill.

HEALTH CHECKUP:

The Vidyalaya arranges Medical checkup for all the students twice a year and provides vaccination at subsidized rates with the help of Govt. Doctors as " A sound mind dwells in a sound body ".
